At Mosaic Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and DIY kits. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all mosaic tiles, tools, and grout components are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
